Booking
What happens during the consultation?
The consultation will be a chance for us to learn more about you and what you want from the photography.
Its a chance for us to learn more about you so we can tailor your package and photos, and for you to ask questions of us.
We'll talk about the type of photos you would like, and agree a rough breakdown of how these will be included in your standard 50 images.
Will i get a contract or confirmation of booking?
Absolutley. Following the initial consultation we'll send you your formal quote for you to review. You can talk to us if anything doesnt make sense or you'd like to tweak or change anything we've discussed.
Your quote will include details of costings including expenses as well as a detailed breakdown of what you have requested so we can both refer to this throughout our journey together.
It will also include a link for you to sign alongside our terms and conditions.
How long are my quotes valid for?
Quotes are valid for 28 days, after which any proposed dates will be rereleased for booking and a new consultation will need to be booked.
Photos
How many photos are included as standard
Our basic packages all include 50 unedited images. If you'd like more we can happily accomodate this. There will be an addtional cost for extra photos.
How do you decide what photos are included?
We use our expertise and the feedback you gave us during the consultation to find the best pictures from the shoot.
We also offer the option for you to meet with us online, and review all proofs if you'd like to be more involved in choosing your images.
How much are additional photos?
Our basic packages all include 50 unedited images. However, if you require more than these images, a selection of images can be added to your order at the cost of £15 per 10 images + editing costs.
If you require significantly more than 50 images, we can discuss a more bespoke image package for you.
Editing
What are your editing options?
Our editing packages come in 3 package requirements
- Basic - A basic touch up of images to ensure your photo's are Instagram ready to share with your friends and family
- Extra - A personal touch up of your images, and our most popular package. Suitable for someone who wants to put a little extra special look to their images. Ideal for printing
- Professional - Create a unique vision for your images with fine editing of details and inclusion of filters, visual styling or other visual effects. Ideal for someone who wants something extra special from their photos
How many images are included in your editing packages?
Our editing package prices include the cost for editing 50 images.
Additional edited images can be ordered at an additional cost.
Please contact us for a custom editing package that suits the style and number of images you require
Do you use AI to edit images?
The simple answer is no. We do not believe in using AI for any wide spread work. You are paying for the human element and attention to detail that only humans can achieve.
There may however, be the odd occasion where we use AI to remove elements from an image or use it in a way that will only enhance your images to help create the visual styling that you require. We will always discuss this with you.
Payments and Cancellations
Am i required to pay a deposit for my booking?
Once you have had your free consultation:
- A 10% deposit is required for all UK bookings made.
- For non UK bookings a 50% deposit will be required.
- A further deposit may be required to cover the cost of specialist equipment or non refundable expenses before a booking can be finalised. If this is the case this will be outlined in your booking invoice.
Once the deposit has cleared your Photography Services will be reserved.
Can i amend my booking?
We understand that your circumstances can change. Its important to let us know as soon as possible if this happens.
If you need to change the date, we'll do our best to accomodate this.
If we cannot agree another date our cancellation process will apply.
What if i have to cancel my booking?
- Cooling off period
All bookings made will come with the right to cancel within 14 days of making the booking. If you do this, full deposit will be returned so long as the event is not taking place in the next 14 days.
- Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice
Any bookings cancelled with at least 14 days notice will have their full deposit returned, minus any non refundable costs already incurred for hotels or expenses.
- Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice
For bookings cancelled within 14 days of the planned date no funds already paid will be returned.
What if The Dreams Between have to cancel?
We hope this never happens. However if the unthinkable does happen and we have to cancel:
We will refund you any deposit or fees you have already paid.
How do i pay?
Your booking confirmation will include details of how to pay via Bank transfer.
We require full payment 7 days before the event. You can pay this in full or in installments if you prefer.
When is payment due?
50% of the total balance is payable 7 days before the date of the Photography Services are due to be undertaken.
Should this not be received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at which point our cancellation terms will apply.
The remaining balance is due to be paid no later than 7 days after delivery of the completed images.
If you are struggling to pay the best thing to do is get in touch before payment is due.
Expenses and Additional Fees
What is an example of an additional cost?
An additional cost would be considered anything that is considered out of the ordinary.
Things can be, additional stylised lenses that are bespoke and unique to your requirements, or the renting of costumes, specialised attire.

How do I know if I need to pay for hotel fee's?
Hotel fee's are only required if the time to travel back from the venue to WA9 exceeds 11pm regardless of traffic congestion.
For example, if your venue is 3 hours away from WA9 and you require work up until 10pm GMT, the cost of a hotel room would be required, as returning to WA9 would not be achievable in this time frame.
However, if your venue is 3 hours away from WA9 and you require work up until 8pm and additional traffic or other unforeseen circumstances meant a 3+ hour journey, you would NOT be required to pay for accommodation
What happens if the closest hotel to my venue is fully booked?
If the hotel that is closed to your chosen venue is fully booked and we are unable to secure a booking, the next closest hotel with availability is chosen.
